Practitioner feedback.
We have had the privilege
of working with some of the most brilliant and passionate physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and other allied health professionals practicing medicine today. We take the learnings from each and every engagement to make the next one even better. Here’s what a few of them had to say about us.
“Just as an aside, your program was by far, one of the most informative, useful and easy to understand sessions I’ve been to. Wrote my first script this week!”
“The entire program is incredibly professional and impressive; but the online learning platform was particularly insightful and will continue to aid our practice. We especially appreciated that the information was solely evidence-based and without any bias from cannabis companies, which has been our experience with other education sessions.”
“I feel so much better knowing I can reach your team if I have questions.”
“I have a patient with neuropathic pain and sleep issues related to spinal stenosis. The Lyrica I added wasn’t cutting it as we wait for a surgical consult. I had a useful conversation about how we could use their CBM to help with his night time pain and sleep as they wait for a surgical consult. They are still on their way to a spinal fusion but the wait is less painful and their function is higher. I wouldn’t have talked to them about it let alone suggest how they may use it better had I not gone through your course.”
“We definitely benefited from Dr. Pearson’s first-hand experience and the opportunity to work together on real patient cases. His learnings on how to streamline the logistics of running an in-house cannabinoid medicine program were also invaluable. These added elements helped alleviate any concerns around the amount of time this would take to incorporate cannabinoids into our clinical practice.”
“There were mixed opinions among our practitioners going into the training: Some were skeptical but keen to deepen their understanding, while others were ready to take their training to the next level and start actively prescribing. We found that their program was heavily grounded in evidence, extremely interactively and unbiased which allowed us to formulate our own conclusions on when to recommend cannabinoid therapy.”
“At the program’s conclusion, we appreciated that Dr. Pearson and Greenly Health have remained available for advice and questions as we get started and see more complex cases. Most of us have been to seminars and lunches on cannabinoid medicine but if you actually want to feel prepared to practice this medicine, we strongly recommend Greenly Health’s Accelerated Learning Program.”
“With Ministry pressures to reduce opioid prescribing and more patients expressing interest in this class of medicine, we felt this was an ideal time to develop a better understanding of this therapeutic option. We found this program to be evidence-based, balanced and unbiased. As opposed to selling us on cannabis as a “wonder drug” which we have been exposed to by other parties, Dr. Pearson focused on the science and led us through practical exercises to help us feel comfortable identifying which patients could benefit most.”
“We would strongly encourage other Nurse Practitioner Led Clinics and Family Health teams to take Greenly Health’s Accelerated Learning Program in Cannabinoid-Based Medicine. With patient questions around cannabis, Ministry pressures to reduce opioid prescribing and continuity of care issues that stem from patients self-prescribing or going to commercial cannabis clinics, gaining a more thorough understanding of this medication is inevitable and Greenly does a great job at making it quick and easy to understand. Thanks Team Greenly Health!”
“Dr. Blake Pearson has extensive experience in cannabinoid medicine and has developed a unique program that provides a blueprint for seamlessly integrating a cannabinoid-based medicine program into primary care. Dr. Pearson is a dynamic educator and our practitioners were very engaged and eager to learn. “
“We are excited about the opportunity to improve continuity of care and decrease opioid prescribing by offering this program to our patients. We are also excited about the data collection opportunities this presents as part of future Quality Improvement Projects . I would highly recommend this innovative and straight-forward program to any family health team.”
